Job Description

  • Support people with complex mental health challenges to reach their potential
  • Conduct functional assessments, develop and update behaviour support plans, coach teams 
  • Values based organisation, WFH and on location, circa $90-115k p.a


At ermha365 we provide behaviour support and clinical services to NDIS participants with complex disability &/or mental health challenges that present with a range of diagnoses and behaviours. We create and review plans to reduce the severity and frequency of these behaviours to enhance the lives of the people we support. We are expanding our services and looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team of Behaviour Support Practitioners and Provisional Psychologists. 

To be suitable you will be self-motivated, passionate about this work and able to work collaboratively with a range of people. You will also have the appropriate experience and/or qualifications to be deemed suitable as a Behaviour Support Practitioner as per the requirements of the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission. 

Your role will include working with individuals and their families, allied health professionals and support workers to achieve best possible outcomes in alignment with the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework. To achieve this, you will manage a caseload of individuals to conduct a range of functional assessments as well as evaluate & develop behaviour support plans, create evidence-based recommendations whilst working in consultation with a team of Behaviour Support Practitioners. 

The role balances working from home, on location with the people we support and the office. It is a requirement of this position to acquire and maintain a positive Working with Children’s Check, NDIS Worker Screening check and possess a current & valid driver’s licence. You will also be required to show evidence of or undertake an application process and practitioner suitability assessment to comply with NDIS requirements to register as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
