This 12-month, fixed term senior leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, values recovery-oriented practice, and wants genuine influence over service design, culture and outcomes.
You will be trusted to lead, shape and grow services, while being supported by an experienced executive and leadership team. This is a hybrid role working across multiple sites, home and the region.
You’ll attend our Dandenong South Head Office every Thursday for leadership alignment, with the remainder of your time balanced across sites and remote work.
About the role:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Complex NDIS Services you will have responsibility for the development & delivery of current and new multi-disciplinary programs across NW Metro Melbourne, City of Melton and Barwon (Geelong) regions. These are intensive, recovery-oriented support programs for people with a persistent mental illness and for those who will often have a history of offending, homelessness, addiction, dual disability, social dysfunction and aggressive and inappropriate behaviour of concern. To achieve this, you will:
- Provide senior regional leadership and embedding ermha365’s values into everyday practice
- Lead, coach and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure high-quality, person-led outcomes for people we support
- Grow services and contributing to new program development and opportunities
- Build strong relationships with funders, partners and key stakeholders
- Champ employee safety, wellbeing and psychologically safe workplaces
- Ensure compliance with NDIS, funding, reporting and accreditation requirements
- Balancing risk management with innovation and service responsiveness

- Knowledge in a significant area of expertise from within the mental health / disability / forensic sector(s) matched with tertiary qualifications in Mental Health, Disability, Social Work, Psychology or other relevant qualifications. Lived experience is also highly regarded by the ermha365 team.
- Prior experience working within an NDIS context, while not essential, will be held in high regard
- A proven track record of strong operational leadership and a demonstrated ability to coach, lead and inspire teams
- Experience in helping to develop and grow new business opportunities
- Diplomacy, influence and relationship-focus in collaboration with key stakeholders
- The ability to balance and manage risk with the achievement of strategic and operational outcomes
