Lead and grow some of the Northern Territory’s most complex and impactful programs, including NDIS-funded and community mental health programs.

This senior leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, values recovery-oriented practice, and wants genuine influence over service design, culture and outcomes.

Job Description

The opportunity

As Manager, Complex Mental Health Services, you will provide regional leadership across the Northern Territory. You’ll oversee established and emerging multidisciplinary programs supporting people with persistent mental illness, disability and highly complex psychosocial needs.

These are intensive, recovery-focused services supporting people who may have experienced homelessness, justice involvement, addiction, dual disability and behaviours of concern. This is meaningful, challenging work and deeply rewarding for the right leader.

You will be trusted to lead, shape and grow services, while being supported by an experienced executive and leadership team.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Providing senior regional leadership and embedding ermha365’s values into everyday practice
  • Leading, coaching and developing high-performing multidisciplinary teams
  • Ensuring high-quality, person-led outcomes for people we support
  • Growing services and contributing to new program development and opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with funders, partners and key stakeholders
  • Championing employee safety, wellbeing and psychologically safe workplaces
  • Ensuring compliance with Mental Health and NDIS, funding, reporting and accreditation requirements
  • Balancing risk management with innovation and service responsiveness

About you

You’re a confident, values-led leader who can hold complexity without losing sight of people.

You will bring:

  • Demonstrated operational leadership experience in NDIS, mental health, disability, forensic or complex community services
  • Tertiary qualifications in Mental Health, Disability, Social Work, Psychology or a related discipline (lived experience is highly valued)
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, influence and inspire
  • Experience contributing to service growth or new program development
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, diplomacy and communication skills
  • A practical, calm approach to managing risk and competing priorities

What we offer

Working at ermha365 means being part of an organisation that backs its leaders and lives its values.

You’ll receive:

  • Great pay and  generous not-for-profit salary packaging
  • Flexible working arrangements that support work–life balance
  • Access to Fitness Passport and wellbeing initiatives
  • Industry-leading induction and ongoing learning opportunities
  • 24/7 Employee Assistance Program
  • A supportive, purpose-driven leadership culture
  • The chance to make a genuine difference where it matters most
